I am getting sick of the stick drift on the Xbox and PlayStation controllers, so I’ve started looking into 3rd party controllers with hall effect. Two kept popping up, flydigi and 8bitdo. If anyone owns one of these, how’s their support on Linux? Do they work out of the box? Just plug in the dongle and you’re good to go? Are they stable? I don’t ever use any other buttons than the main ones, so I think won’t need their software. Unless even the main ones needs programming!
