Maybe with the help of her brother or Yang Ju. She could have levelled up and tried to reach Jin Woo. It’s clear that just sitting around “waiting for him to come back” isn’t going to do anything so having her go into the game as well would have given her some agency and would have been in character of the Hee Ju she was at the beginning of the drama: enterprising, hard-working and independent. Not the crying and waiting wet blanket she’d become. Imagine her searching for him and then finally, in the last scene, finding him in the game.
