YAY!</p><p>Too perfect, though…</p><p>I need a smooth build plate: ASA sticks too well to the provided textured PEI-coated steel sheet, and I hate to use a metal scraper on those. Even the purge line was a pain to take off.</p><p>Overall I am super happy: this old ASA spool I have laying around consistently fails on the Ender3 (for lack of an enclosure), and <strong>it just works</strong>™ on the P1S.</p><p>Not saying the Creality Ender3 is bad — on the contrary, it has been flawless from day one. It is just not meant to print ABS or ASA.
