"content": "<p>In addition to the transpency, we’re hoping that this documentation will make it easier for us to welcome more active moderators and advisors to our mod team going forward. </p><p>We’ve tried to make it clear how we make decisions, how decisions and actions are escalated, and where multi-person moderation decisions are most important. </p><p>I’m 100% sure that this document is imperfect, and it’s absolutely going to be improved over time. </p><p>But I feel really good about having it all written down!</p>",
