I know that to fix a few things in the kitchen and bathroom I need to deal with the electrics and crawl around in the attic space, which I'd rather not do, so I'll be paying for them.</p><p>Radiators are also my kryptonite and I always mess them up. So when we do the next couple of rooms, I'm just going to pay.</p>",
