But given the reality of the job market, especially in tech, people often take the opportunities they have. Most Big Tech workers aren’t shaping company policy. they’re clocking in and out like anyone else, with limited power over the system. Progress doesnt start with exlcusion. Get off that high ground. The battle is on the grassroot against systems, not against people.</p>",
