"content": "<p>My friend and I hiked in perfect weather yesterday - up Ammonoosuc Ravine Trail to the Lakes of the Clouds hut, then up Mt Monroe before heading to Mt Washington’s summit via Crawford, and then down Gulfside to Jewell. We waited multiple weeks for this opening in the weather. </p><p>Overall a very clear day but with parts of heavy clouds around Washington itself. It was probably around 50F at summit with medium to high winds. Forecast was 20 but I’d guess 30-40MPH at times. </p><p>We spent about 9 hours on the trail, inclusive of all our breaks.</p>",
