Back in olden times, the <a href=\"https://infosec.exchange/tags/Internet\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>Internet</span></a> used to basically be a network of intranets and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) - I think that&#39;s why us old timey people who grew up that way hate the modern thing-we-have so much.
