Normally, my thoughts would be fully consumed about Monday and the week ahead, making it tough to get anything done or enjoy the day.</p><p>I slept a full night again last night without sleeping pills, for the second day in a row. I don't think I am sleeping for long enough, but I'm sure that will work itself out. Not taking sleeping meds feels like it adds about 2-3 productive hours to my day, and makes waking up in the morning a much, much more pleasant experience. I know the job was causing me issues, I just really didn't appreciate the extent of those issues.</p>",
