I think enough time has passed for me to post another one, though it feels like that's against the rules.</p><p>It's not a surprise. It's Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah. </p><p><a href=\"https://song.link/us/i/1046187586\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" translate=\"no\"><span class=\"invisible\">https://</span><span class=\"\">song.link/us/i/1046187586</span><span class=\"invisible\"></span></a></p><p>For me, there is no other version. It's the crushing anthem of two marriages, both of which I was completely committed to, both of which I was ready to die for and live for. Both of them ended badly, in different ways. Both of them were wrapped up in Judeo-Christian religion, especially because I was religious throughout the first one and for most of the second. </p><p>This is on some playlists, but I can't take it, most days. It pulls ugly, painful sobs out of me.
