The problem is, the govt. is trying to push people away from the old regime and forcing them into the new one.</p><p>I'd rather they not. Both the regimes definitely have their pros & cons.</p><p>The old one is pretty savings friendly, but has not been updated in a long while, especially the sections around long-term savings, which is pretty important.
