A happy life. He was engaged to Lily the lobster, and they were very much in love. However Luke, king of the lobsters, intervened.</p><p>"I will not have my daughter marrying a creature that walks sideways." Luke said. "It would bring shame upon the whole lobster kingdom."</p><p>Lily cried and begged her father to see reason, but to no avail. Distraught, Colin scuttled sideways into the murk of the sea, nowhere to be seen.</p><p>Two weeks later, it was Lily's wedding day. She had been coerced into marrying a fellow lobster. Silent tears streamed down her face as the lobster vicar read them their vows. At once there was a mighty BANG, and the doors slammed wide open. The congregation turned, astonished, to see Colin the Crab standing there.</p><p>Gasps arose as he fixed Luke, the lobster king, with a glare, and slowly put one leg in front him. He took a step. Forwards.</p><p>Not one eye in the hall strayed from him as he walked, one leg in front of the other, up to where Lily and her fiance stood. There was utter silence as he spoke.</p><p>"Christ alive, I am so drunk."</p>",
