Make it a debug option where I have to tick an "I absolutely know that this can break things and destroy the world" box. /rant</p><p>Edit: Ok, I took the deep dive and according to <a href=\"https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2022/12/15/new-extensions-available-now-on-firefox-for-android-nightly/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" translate=\"no\"><span class=\"invisible\">https://</span><span class=\"ellipsis\">blog.mozilla.org/addons/2022/1</span><span class=\"invisible\">2/15/new-extensions-available-now-on-firefox-for-android-nightly/</span></a>, which I found via <a href=\"https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/19594\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" translate=\"no\"><span class=\"invisible\">https://</span><span class=\"ellipsis\">github.com/mozilla-mobile/feni</span><span class=\"invisible\">x/issues/19594</span></a>, 2023 will be the year where the magic might or might not happen, depending on how far they are coming with MV3 support on Android. Still not holding my breath. In the meantime, Firefox Beta + a custom addon collection is still the only way to install other add-ons besides the curated ones.</p>",
