The app used in all four screenshots is Tubular (a fork of NewPipe), which simply scrapes the front-end of YouTube; that is, these results are exactly the same as they would've been if I'd searched YouTube itself directly from the website and without being logged into an account. As you can see, I searched for \"weed high\" followed by \"adderall high.\" The former did not result in the SAMSHA National Helpline being shown; the latter did. I then searched the word \"meth\" by itself and was shown the helpline, and then searched the word \"adderall\" by itself and wasn't.</p><p>I have to wonder—based on what criteria, if any, YouTube decides which queries may indicate someone has a problem.
