Couldn't figure out whether this substack was extreme right wing or extreme left wing propaganda. Because those proposals are perfectly normal think pieces for military academics, there's nothing shady about it. Turned out the user who posted the link was a left wing extremist who'd just moved from Kolektiva, a server I had blocked for such rot.
