"content": "<p>My AT&T internet bill went up in July $5 for no apparent reason. I'm on their cheapest lowest speed service. They just upped my bill another $5 for no reason. I can now get service 3x faster from Google fiber for the same price and am calling to cancel AT&T because they don't allow you to do it through your account online, you are forced to call. </p><p>I used the customer call back feature on my first attempt. They called me back and then promptly hung up on me. </p><p>I'm now waiting in line on a new call instead of waiting for a calllback.</p><p>Update: After about a 10-min wait on the 2nd try, I got a human. She spent another 10 minutes claiming to offer me deals, which were not deals. She finally caved and did the cancellation. I'm just glad it wasn't worse.</p>",
