AFAIK, Wireguard is also audited, which was their main argument why they outrun OpenVPN back in the day. Or was it just supposed to be easier to audit it?</p><p>What I take away for myself is that tinc is the preferred solution for mesh networks, while Wireguard is best for point-to-point and has a performance increase due to Kernel integration.</p><p>Thanks you all for the input!</p>",
