Would I let someone else talk this way to my friends? Why am I allowing myself to do so? </p><p>If a friend whose qualifications you're familiar with asked about a job posting and they were a 70% fit... would you encourage them? If so, why have a different standard for yourself?</p><p>I still have to keep reminding myself multiple times a day, it's hard unlearning maladaptive coping strategies. It's helping though!</p>",
