"content": "<p>On a whim I took and I scored a 72% on an official 125-question CISSP practice test today and I'm thinking about buckling down and studying for it.</p><p>I'd love thoughts from folks about how helpful it is for an entry-level job candidate? </p><p>I don't really want to spend $800 on a certificate that I have to pay to maintain, and that I can't even officially "earn" until I've worked in the field for 4+ years. </p><p>I'm a lotta bit cynical on the value of certs, but I'm also just not getting responses from my job applications.</p><p>Thoughts and boosts welcomed!<br /><a href=\"https://infosec.exchange/tags/GetFediHired\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>GetFediHired</span></a></p>",
