When I'm feeling low, try to make human connections...<br />3. Connect with the people that I'm trying to protect.<br />4. Analyze behavior not words.<br />5. Postive reframing for myself.<br />6. Treat myself with equal grace that I treat others.<br />7. Try not to sever relationships during this understandable and deserved grieving period.
