It's a great format for a lot of insightful and cutting-edge papers. I'd love to hear a paper on the warped reception of the Fate animes or a panel on Xena. But I can't in good conscience go back after this.</p><p>I won't be back to AIMS until I see real progress in how they handle platforming diverse scholarship. And until then, I'll keep looking for co-organizers for my own conference, because I know better than to do it without the input of BIPOC. 6/6</p>",
