"content": "<p>我很喜歡Mastodon在時間軸上不直接顯示嘟文人氣這一點。他人的互動／通知是糖亦是毒，嘗到社群網站的甜美滋味都是因為他人給了我正向回饋，哪怕只是點個鈕而已。</p><p>然而大腦要求更多多巴胺，我就會想要得到更多回饋；每一次的通知都推動我更黏著在SNS上，我不想要這樣。</p><p>我不想要這樣，所以我關掉了大部份的通知，我不想要時時被提醒著：有人喜歡你發表的東西哦！因為時時被提醒的反面就是，時時被提醒現在沒有人理你。</p><p>要如何在使用社群網站，享受著與他人連結的感覺，同時又保持注意力在自己身上，對我來說像是在強風中走平衡木般的課題。</p>",
