"content": "<p>根據卜凱的調查，或毛薛等人的調查，儘管雙方的理論基礎極為不同，但透過實證資料，都得出了類似的推論：<br />(1)農民的勞力投入其實遠不如西方農場（並非自我剝削），<br />(2)國民政府、軍閥的苛捐雜稅與連年戰亂減少了農民的誘因，<br />(3)農民缺乏資本購買肥料、種子跟耕牛，<br />(4)道路跟鐵路等交通建設不足，讓農民寧願把收成放爛也不願意拿去賣（這孫中山是不是也提過？），<br />(5)正因為連通市場，便連通著國際市場，而當時中國無力控制關稅，自由貿易下，美國的農作物運到中國內陸的價格，甚至比中國內陸的農村在上述不利條件下的生產更為便宜，<br />(6)農村高利貸普遍，而放高利貸者多為地主，這比地主本身的分成率還可怕（這部份薛特別強調，還有駱莫耕），<br />(7)宗族的力量會影響到國家力量的貫徹（國共都強調這點，不是只有共產黨，這是戴季陶某本書的重點，也影響到蔣政權親屬法的修法）</p>",
