"content": "<p>據記協了解，事主現時的身分仍為「協助調查」，但已被錄取警戒口供，並被扣留旅遊證件。據了解，是警方國安處行使權力，扣留事主的旅遊證件。<br />記協必須強調，一名記者在直播期間拍攝到疑似罪案的發生，只不過是履足其新聞工作者的本份，而事主亦已盡其市民責任，協助警方調查，只應當受到認可，絕不應蒙此對待。<br />記協要求警方立即交代，事主是否屬「協助調查」，若是，為何會被搜屋及沒收旅遊證件？<br />承上，會否將來擔當證人，或可能擔當證人的人士，均有被沒收旅遊證件的風險？<br />記協強調，此事件已等同威脅全港的新聞工作者，若記錄事件亦會令自己蒙上嫌疑，記者如何能繼續安心工作？<br />官員曾多次表示，《國安法》只影響「一小撮人」，但記協在此重申，警方國安處現時的行動，是切切實實地與官員唱反調。因為全港的新聞工作者，都已受到「影響」，甚至是「威脅」。<br />記協促請警方立即回應事件，亦呼籲同業與我們一起關注事件，守護自身的權益。<br />香港記者協會<br />2021 年 7 月 27 日<br />//</p>",
