"content": "<p>可是他正籌備新戲，也素來是「和理非」，既沒有資金另闢計劃，也沒有經驗跋涉前線。他有點不好意思透露，當警察推跌陳基裘伯伯並在狂射胡椒噴霧，片中發出「嘩」一聲的就是自己。「好想做又唔敢做。」既有家室之累，又有後顧之憂，當時正在躊躇。<br />所以最初並非周導促成這部電影，而是天假因緣才有《時代革命》。一名商人看過《十年》的《自焚者》而相當感動，在 2019 年 8 月主動聯絡周導，說很多人不明白香港的遭遇，希望有一齣電影記錄這場運動，認為周導能夠勝任，願意提供資金起步。<br />「當時我好亢奮，我一直期望出去記錄，終於有人推動我。」不過運動卻超乎想像地持久，資金無以為繼，周導私下眾籌集腋成裘，電影才終於殺青。<br />由於遲至八月開拍，而且礙於資金有限，很多重大事件和航拍片段都來自一眾電影人與各大媒體，「眾志成城」方有所成。故周導說在海報和結尾都沒強調自己是導演，而是「香港人作品」，「無論依場運動定依套片，都係好多人奉獻而嚟。」</p>",
