"content": "<p>接著這篇報導提到，中國官媒不斷播報說台灣疫情相當嚴重，但其實台灣的疫情相對來說並沒有這麼嚴重（這是路透社記者的觀點）。路透社指出，（包括疫苗購買以及疫情嚴重）這些 炒作劇本（drama）經過台灣媒體反覆播送好幾週，即使已經有台灣自購的AZ和莫德納疫苗陸續到貨，仍然繼續炒作。<br /><br />最後面這一段是這篇報導最有意思的部份，因為路透社訪問了一個「Taiwan-based official familiar with the vaccine talks」（在台灣熟悉疫苗談判的官員），這邊應該是指一位外國派駐在台灣的官員，因為如果是台灣的官員，則會直接寫Taiwanese official。<br /><br />這位外國官員說：台灣其實根本沒有這麼急迫地需要疫苗，跟其他疫情嚴重的國家例如印尼和泰國比起來，台灣的急迫性並不高。不過，自從台灣方面指出中國阻擋其購買疫苗之後，華府和東京兩方面都警覺到事態的嚴重性，因此出手相助。<br /></p>",
