"content": "<p>曾指悼念刺警案不構成煽動<br />「7.1 刺警案」發生後，陳文敏接受有線新聞訪問時表示，純粹悼念不一定是要人認同，只是表達自己的看法，「上綱上線地說，如果叫他為烈士等同宣揚，他做的是值得尊重的行為，等同鼓勵他人做這些行為，然後等同煽動他人做這些行為，（是）跳了很多級。你要令人相信、去做某些事情才為之煽動，今日說烈士可以是煽動，明日可以說另一詞彙是煽動，紅線已經劃得太過分。」</p><p>陳文敏接受港台訪問時又表示，暴力行為本身應受譴責，亦不同意以暴力解決問題，但若指獻花悼念可能違法，說法牽強。</p><p>惟事後保安局局長鄧炳強不點名批評陳文敏的說法是「非常危險同不道德行為」，「希望呢位法律教授夜晚能夠瞓得着覺，因為你可能令到香港充滿血腥」。//</p>",
