"content": "<p>3. 緊急安排到其他私人場地放映，卻遭人及電檢阻擋警告取消，所有門票將會全額退款<br />被饒宗頤文化館取消場地租用後影意志緊急安排在同日於其他私人場地放映以及通知觀眾。根據已批發的准映證「此影片只可於2021年7月10日在室內場地舉行的『香港短片馬拉松』活動放映」，理論上我們亦可在7月10日的其他室內場所中放映。但於7月9日收到消息指有人向私人場地表示因為場地沒有娛樂牌照，如果活動如期舉行會通知食環署，我們於是決定無奈取消放映。及後影意志收到電影、報刊及物品管理處的電郵，指因為更換放映地點違反了電檢的條例及檢片免除申請，而拒絕處理餘下的短片及撤回免除影片檢查費用的決定，要求我們為所有短片繳付檢查費用。</p><p>面對以上打壓迫害，我們嚴正要求電影、報刊及物品管理處交代相關決定的詳情，以及香港電影發展局，香港藝術發展局跟進打壓本地合法藝術團體、合法放映、創作自由的局面。影意志重申我們只想正常放映不同香港本地電影，惟面對不同政府部門及要員、權威組織、社會上少數人偏倚的意見而被迫步步退後，連守護本身僅餘的空間也變得困難。</p>",
