"content": "<p>// 我們早於2021年6月在香港藝術發展局資助影意志第二年資助期時已計劃《香港短片馬拉松》的放映，門票迅速售罄，即使其後被香港藝術發展局拒絕資助第三年資助（2019年藝發局已向影意志批出三年資助，詳情其後會有正式聲明），我們也決定繼續自資舉辦放映，但途中面對各方面打壓阻攔，一波三折下被迫取消，所有門票將會全額退款。</p><p>1. 《香港短片馬拉松》申請送檢，當中兩套短片遲遲未出電檢准映證<br />影意志於6月8日一併將《香港短片馬拉松》內的七套短片的電檢准映證申請呈交至電影、報刊及物品管理處。根據我們過往經驗，一個月是足夠時間讓電影、報刊及物品管理處檢視電影內容及批出准映證。於6 月25日電影、報刊及物品管理處批出其中五套短片的准映證，但神奇是同一申請的其餘兩套短片卻直至今日7月9日也未有結果，到底是要刪剪、覺得短片不宜上映甚麼回覆也沒有，既不想做黑臉禁止上映，又不想准許放映，只是一味使用拖延戰術，期望軟性阻止某些類別的電影上映。同樣處理在電檢條例加入考慮國家安全要素後已非首例，嚴重影響創作自由，仿似中國的「龍標制」。</p>",
