"content": "<p>政府倡律政人員可任資深大狀 大律師公會收「壓倒性反對意見」 <br />報道全文：<a href=\"https://bit.ly/3hnlWnS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" translate=\"no\"><span class=\"invisible\">https://</span><span class=\"\">bit.ly/3hnlWnS</span><span class=\"invisible\"></span></a></p><p>大律師公會上月 8 日向會員發信指，律政司司長鄭若驊計劃修改《法律執業者條例》，准許在律政司工作的律政人員包括事務律師，毋需轉為大律師，都合資格獲委任為「資深大律師」（Senior Counsel）。大律帥公會諮詢會員後，前日 ( 5 日) 發表聲明，指收到「壓倒性反對意見」( overwhelming opposition )。</p><p>公會強調，資深大律師委任安排不只是一份榮譽，傳統上獲委任的人都是行內的傑出領袖，有義務運用專業知識服務大眾。但政府的建議，要求律政人員留在政府工作，才可保留資深大律師名銜，有違資深大律師獨立行事、以公眾利益為依歸的形象，反建議政府可透過其他方式，例如增設「高級政府訟辯律師」( Senior Government Advocate) 等職位，以表揚律政人員的卓越表現......</p>",
