"content": "<p>至於其他的建議就充分反映了其實連美國智庫都同意香港議題其實還有更大的發揮空間，亦需要將香港議題上升到如同被外國佔領的高度，才可以說服各國政府元首用緊高姿態將香港納入他們的政治議程，更長遠地制衡中共的擴張。</p><p>這些游說成果並非一蹴而就，今次也不算什麼大勝利，畢竟現在還未到美國政府正式採納這些措施的階段，但我們可以預期只要有更多具權威和影響力的組織專家站在香港人的一方，支持我們更進取的各項訴求，國際性的破局才有機會發生，香港未來才更有希望。</p><p>國安法實施一年，國際線雖然未必可以像一九年集合各種天時地利，隨時隨地都可以推動不同法案，但我相信仍然有不同人在努力耕耘，我們總會令到國際社會對香港長遠有更透徹的認識，亦會開始想像一些更為進取大膽的做法，確保香港的主體性不受損害，未來亦可以得以重建。我相信今次也是我們不少人頭一次這麼投入在一份報告的撰寫過程當中，也感謝SWHK和AC的信任，令到不少建議可以出現在這份報告，讓華府不同的幕僚了解我們的最新思想。</p>",
