"content": "<p>大家或許不明白有美國著名智庫支持我們的重要性，但事實上有這些著名組織加持，代表我們的倡議訴求更是被外國知識分子和各行業領袖所承認，而不是忽略全球不同國家政治情況，提出不合理的訴求。<br />報告入面提出的建議包括：</p><p>1. 建議美國政府率領各國成立跨國對中策略平台<br />2. 建議抗衡中國海外華人資訊戰 保障港人聲音不被扭曲<br />3. 建議擴大制裁至「工聯會」丶「新民黨」丶「新界同鄉會」等中共在地協力者<br />4. 建議擴大制裁至提倡港中融合者 劍指抵抗大灣區計劃<br />5. 首度建議制裁執行國安法的法官及推行愛國教育的教育局官員<br />6. 建議美國政府提高香港問題重要性，視香港議題如俄羅斯入侵克里米亞般處理</p><p>除此以外，報告亦有提及美國政府應該更努力地從經濟層面打擊中共，形成更強的包圍網。這些意見或許有些耳熟能詳，例如對於香港人來說，我們必然早就認為要制裁國安法法官甚至教育局官員，但由一個外國國家來承認及落實這些建議其實真的需要年月去醞釀，他們才能夠有辦法捉緊香港人的想法和整個城市的脈搏及節奏。</p>",
