"content": "<p>據了解，有立法會議員得悉政府進行相關研究後，覺得鎖定的範圍仍不夠廣泛，建議一併納入立法會秘書處員工，原因是議會財政資源同樣來自庫房，其聘請的職員自然不能置身事外。</p><p>除了擴大宣誓層面，消息指出，李家超上任後不久即督促各決策局檢視現行不同行業的發牌制度，下令必須加入國家安全元素，若有註冊社工、教師、律師懷疑干犯《港區國安法》，除了有關人士要面臨法庭審訊，負責規管的相關政府部門，亦應考慮是否註銷其專業資格或執業證明。</p><p>添馬中人估計，政府把公僕宣誓伸延至政府資助機構，預料會引起一定反彈，但從早前公務員實施宣誓効忠的結果推測，最終因不滿做法而辭職求去的人相信不多。</p><p>相比之下，區議員宣誓才是真正重頭戲。知情者表示，政府本月內會先向不符合宣誓資格又尚未辭職的區議員發信，明言他們的議員資格將被褫奪。</p><p>據聞政府方面對於可能有區議員循司法途徑提出抗議非常緊張，故去函DQ的同時，亦會給予他們申述機會，經審視後才判定會否取消其資格；至於已辭職的區議員就不會收到信件。當官方DQ所有觸犯「負面清單」行為的區議員後，就會正式致函邀請合資格區議員宣誓。//</p>",
