"content": "<p>張昆陽：【國際線成果：美國智庫Atlantic Council 推出全新進取香港倡議報告 回應國安惡法一週年】</p><p>Altantic Council是美國著名的智庫組織，對華府外交圈子有莫大影響，今年適逢它成立60年，Stand with Hong Kong和其合作推出全新並相當進取的香港倡議報告，希望說服美國政府對香港有更多不同的援助措施，並有其他策略應對中國對香港的打壓。</p><p>受SWHK邀請，過去兩個月我丶周永康丶鄺頌晴給其他專家代表私下與Atlantic Council多次開會討論細節，就着我們理解的香港情況提供具體意見 ，希望美國政府能夠和其他自由世界國家擴大幫在香港的不同想像，令到外國政府政策不再停留於普通制裁及救生艇措施。</p><p>雖然不是所有我們提出的意見都受到他們接納，我自己也對報告內容仍有不少批判，但由AC這一個中立並擁有影響力的組織，撰寫出一份相當進取的香港報告其實已經是相當罕見。報告中AC也特以答謝我們的貢獻及幫忙，並期待這份報告能夠向美國政府產生實際的影響。</p><p><a href=\"https://www.facebook.com/sunnycheungky/posts/329414908673433\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" translate=\"no\"><span class=\"invisible\">https://www.</span><span class=\"ellipsis\">facebook.com/sunnycheungky/pos</span><span class=\"invisible\">ts/329414908673433</span></a></p>",
