Takes consistency / time to get there.</p><p>Hard <a href=\"https://fosstodon.org/tags/exercise\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>exercise</span></a> early in day.</p><p>Take <a href=\"https://fosstodon.org/tags/magnesium\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>magnesium</span></a> (might be surprised how helpful / useful this can be).</p><p>Hot bath before bed - +maybe magnesium salts (epsom salt) for better effect.</p><p>Carbohydrates at night (spoonful of honey is common recommendation before bed).</p><p>Lots of sun in daytime (melatonin /serotonin)</p>",
