"content": "<p>今回、自分は「ノンバイナリー」であることをカミングアウトして申請することにしました。<br />診断書がありバイナリートランスと同じ手順で治療を受けていましたから、申立書だけならバイナリートランスとして通せそうではあり、裁判官にとって「混乱」が少ないのはそちらだったと思います。が、面談となった時、自分がバイナリートランスに「成り済まして」受け答えするのは無理だと(絶対うっかり口を滑らせるか不審なリアクションをする)、自分の苦痛を減らすために申立てをするのに、「男性/女性として生きたい」と裁判官に言う苦痛を被るくらいなら(想像するだけでもう自分には耐えられませんでした)、話をややこしくしてでも「ノンバイナリー」として申請しようと判断しました。<br />ただ、上記の備考だけでは言葉足らずだろうと思い、次の次のスレッドのように「お手紙」を付け足しました。</p><p>本当はノンバイナリーだと言うくらいでややこしくなる心配をしなくて良い世の中であって欲しいんですが。</p><p>(4/8)</p>",
