"content": "<p>《名の変更許可申立てをしましたご報告》</p><p>実は9月の中頃、家庭裁判所に名の変更申立てをし、許可の審判が下り、戸籍上の名の変更をしました。その体験談みたいなものを纏めておきます。<br />いざ申請や手続きをしてみると、理不尽なあれこれ、そもそもスタート地点に付くまでの困難さに強くモヤモヤ。何で他者の「許可」が要るねん…。出生時に与えられる戸籍上の名前って自分でつけられるものじゃないので、大人になった誰もに一度は改名する権利があって良いよな…などと考えていました。<br />さてこの辺は語ると長くなるので、今回の本題である自分の体験談の方へ。簡単にですが残しておこうと思います。本当はもう少し検索に引っ掛かりやすい形で残したかったのですが、ブログの類いなどはやっていないためこちらで。<br />私は運良くかなり上手くいったタイプなので参考になるかどうかは分かりません。まあノンバイナリーの体験談はバイナリートランスのものと比べて少ないので多いに越したことはないかな…と。</p><p>自分が参考にさせていただいた記事も貼っておきます。↓<br /><a href=\"https://lgbter.jp/noise/0138/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"invisible\">https://</span><span class=\"\">lgbter.jp/noise/0138/</span><span class=\"invisible\"></span></a></p><p>(1/8)</p>",
