"content": "<p>河野太郎が言ってた年末調整なくすって話、基本的には悪くはない話なんだよな、そのままやるならばね。</p><p>河野の政策読むに所得が発生するたび事業者はデジタル情報を国の一本化された窓口機関に送信、窓口機関はマイナンバーを使って情報の名寄せをした上でｅ－ＴＡＸとかに自動入力すると。で、個人はその自動入力されたものを確定申告の時に「確認」する。そして雑所得だけは別に入力してもらうと。つまり今、アメリカでやってることをほぼそのまま取り入れるってことなんだと理解した</p><p>確かに自営業やってたものからするととても良い話だが、アメリカでは確定申告時のこの「確認」作業のときに会計(納税)ソフト会社の利権が絡みだしてややこしくなる。二度手間やらせるのよね。多分日本でも同じことが起きる。何せアメリカのシステムをスライドさせようとするわけだから。この話は結局、アメリカと同制度にするってことが狙いなんだろう</p><p>そして何より問題なのはマイナ保険証の扱いで明らかになったようにユーザーから事前に同意も取らずに、国会の審議もほぼなくこのデータを国が勝手に使い出す危険性が生じることよ。多分民間企業にもこのデータを紐付ける、使わせるであろうことも容易に想像がつくしね。このデータの売買市場とか作りかねないし。まあイヤな未来しか見えてこないですよ</p>",
