With almost 50 years of dedicated practice and 25 years of teaching, I consider myself somewhat proficient at piercing the veil, so to speak. clear perception and all. My Thanksgiving message is simple. Enjoy life, be kind to everyone and oppose bad actors with courage and persistence. Develop the mental capacity and physical skills necessary to fight effectively. "content": "I began zen (chan) meditation and yoga at age 10. I found my first martial arts teacher at 15. With almost 50 years of dedicated practice and 25 years of teaching, I consider myself somewhat proficient at piercing the veil, so to speak. clear perception and all. My Thanksgiving message is simple. Enjoy life, be kind to everyone and oppose bad actors with courage and persistence. Develop the mental capacity and physical skills necessary to fight effectively. Do not become a victim of your doubts and uncertainty. Be as skeptical of your own assumptions about truth as you are concerning others. Rest and recover well each day so you can do this as long as you can.
