See image. Research and testing all the settings shows it happens only on <a href=\"https://eldritch.cafe/tags/iOS\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>iOS</span></a>, <a href=\"https://eldritch.cafe/tags/iPadOS\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>iPadOS</span></a>, and <a href=\"https://eldritch.cafe/tags/MacOS\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>MacOS</span></a>, and only on <a href=\"https://eldritch.cafe/tags/AppleSafari\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>AppleSafari</span></a>. iPhone and iPad only use <a href=\"https://eldritch.cafe/tags/webkit\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>webkit</span></a>, even embedding it in apps like <a href=\"https://eldritch.cafe/tags/Metatext\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>Metatext</span></a>. Safari on MacOS is also Apple&#39;s webkit. Here&#39;s the kicker: FireFox on MacOS renders my images properly (not Apple&#39;s version of Webkit). If you are not using <a href=\"https://eldritch.cafe/tags/Safari\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>Safari</span></a>, you won&#39;t see the blur shown in the image. </p><p>Blurring appears to be a bug, and since my Apple devices didn&#39;t update, I suspect it is the <a href=\"https://eldritch.cafe/tags/mastodon\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>mastodon</span></a> infrastructure. Possibly an update went into the channel, not tested by sysops and admins? </p><p>Do any other Mac, iPhone, or iPad users see this?
