Like how White people can remain totally oblivious to how systemic racism and White privilege works. Knowing class/game rules isn't the same as knowing how the game works. Men can remain totally oblivious to how sexism works while being actively sexist, etc. Power structures are often easier to see when they're not constructed to make your own life easier, it's the people who have to work around them to survive who know exactly how systems work.</p>",

There's an eroticization of the machine involved in all this (and an abhorrence of the body as dirty, weak and vile....disgust is as central to fascism as order and violence are).</p><p>So, theoretically race shouldn't and doesn't need to be an issue but technofascists (like plane old non-tech fascists) base their beliefs about the superiority of certain individuals (aka themselves) based in their wealth and racist beliefs about intelligence and race. But you're right, eugenics isn't just about race, it's about gender, disability, "deviance" and so on with everyone other than the ideal being wiped out to "purify" the population. But fascists' rules only apply to the little people, the whole point of fascism for the fascists is being superior and above the law that's brutally enacted upon others.</p>",

It's transgender friendly and basically about body modification and extending one's consciousness (but still being embodied, it was ultimately a lot about being embodied and the potential to transform and augment human bodies).
