"content": "<p>One new and fun pattern I'm noticing is that I am starting to worry that it is my meds making me feel terrible. That my medsnare making me crazy and id be better if i didnt take them. In fact I was pretty certain of it this morning, but I'm still with it enough to not just stop taking them.</p><p>What happened now that my rescue med is in my system is that I can recognize my earlier thoughts as thoughts that should not be in my head. </p><p>Medication compliance is one of the big reasons schizophrenic people can have relapse, and fortunately this has rarely plagued me. But it's up hill using logic on myself when I'm having increased symptoms.</p>",
