Small ones, but hallucinations nonetheless. </p><p>How do I know they are hallucinations without somebody to tell me? Well, logically I know pictures don't flex and bend out of the wall, nobody is smoking nearby to make the smell of smoke, and the weird anomalies while I'm reading are just not normal.</p><p>These are all very small things, and they don't distress me, but they do point at my deteriorating mental health. </p><p>That said, I have also been having increased paranoia and thought disturbances. I have been struggling with the delusional thoughts creeping in for several days now. </p><p>So yeah, I have taken my prn antipsychotic. I hope my new outpatient program can help me cut short this slowly expanding episode.</p>",
