But please confirm these are true:<br />• The first 2 bullet points for the moderation position still apply.<br />• You value and respect data privacy<br />• You know your way around a linux terminal<br />• You kinda understand what Sidekiq, Postgresql, Redis, Ruby, systemd, nginx and friends are and do.<br />• You know how to read huge logs when figuring out problems. Seriously, logs get big. There's many logs. If you don't have a log reading strategy you'll want one. There are so many logs it feels like the aftermath of a beautiful forest turned corporate. We're not big, but we serve a lot of requests. Things move very quickly. Linux sysadmins will understand.<br />• You're not happy if you find a vulnerability or insecurity in the system and act as a digital security guard if required. A digital security dragon, if you will. :dragon_cool: </p><p>There is often not much to do. Things are set up so that they should keep going if undisturbed. But every rule has its exception. Nothing's perfect. And the odd Hometown update does happen!</p><p>3/3</p>",
