"content": "<p>Hi,</p><p>Is there a protocol for OSGeo handling Internet domains for OSGeo Projects and Community Projects?<a href=\"http://geoext.org\">geoext.org</a> has been online since 2008 and is currently owned by Terrestris who no longer want to manage the domain. The project is still active, and is an OSGeo Community project so is it possible to transfer ownership to OSGeo SAC?
