"content": "<p>Welcome to the OSGeo for, and that is a good question!</p><p>The GeoServer website has some <a href=\"https://geoserver.org/support/\">service providers</a>, and you can see a \"label\" for the ones that offer training. GeoServer highlights service providers \"core contributors\" who take on responsibility for the project, and \"experienced providers\" who have experience contributing to the project successfully.</p><p>The OSGeo website <a href=\"http://osgeo.org/projects/geoserver/\">geoserver page</a> also has a link to <a href=\"https://www.osgeo.org/service-providers/?p=geoserver\">service providers</a> using the filter <code>p=geoserver</code> to list out of all the foss4g folks offering services with GeoServer. However if I filter that list by \"Portugal\" I did not see anyone.</p><p>On that list I know <a href=\"https://www.osgeo.org/service-providers/geocursos/\">geocursos</a> offers training in Portuguese but they are from Brazil.</p><br><br><a href=\"https://discourse.osgeo.org/t/trainer/111797/2\">Discuss this on our forum.</a>",
