It has dropped my stress level quite a bit already. </p><p>What's really interesting is once I got over the shame (*cough* internalized capitalism) of needing to ask, being a part of this mutual aid web of support is like a whole thing, energetically, for lack of a better word. </p><p>I feel less isolated and alone. There's support and safety in community.</p><p>I didn't expect to feel that. <br />It's nice. <br />💞</p>",
