I use the Mixbus channel strip processing (gate, EQ, compressors) a lot. I also use the old Harrison XT plugins and quite a number of Windows VSTs via LinVST. On the far right screen, you can see my little “mastering department” which usually consists of Harrison XT-MC multiband compressor, FabFilter ProQ3 EQ, Voxengo Elephant Limiter, and (not shown) <a href=\"https://digitalcourage.social/tags/x42\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>x42</span></a> EBU R128 meter.</p><p>My audio interface in this setup is a very old <a href=\"https://digitalcourage.social/tags/RME\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>RME</span></a> <a href=\"https://digitalcourage.social/tags/Digi9652\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>Digi9652</span></a> PCI card (the one preceding the HDSP series). It connects 24×24 channels to the <a href=\"https://digitalcourage.social/tags/Yamaha\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>Yamaha</span></a> <a href=\"https://digitalcourage.social/tags/01v96i\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>01v96i</span></a> mixer in the foreground via ADAT Lightpipe. Now this neat console is rather more for my own fun with the mountain of synthesizers behind the camera, for mixdown jobs it serves merely as a monitor controller.
