"content": "<p>I just had the BEST end to an epic week.</p><p>A slow walk in stunning wilded countryside, with golden light everywhere from a perfect sunset, perfect temperature, buzzing and busy with wildlife absolutely everywhere.</p><p>Found unusual moths, a smooth newt, a tiny toad, identified many birds, a 4-leafed clover, admired flourishing grassland meadows, sat under a stunning oak tree, listened to the hilarious mimicry that song thrushes do, got swooped on over and over by butterflies as loud as bats (just red admirals, but wow, powerful flyers!), and then…</p><p>… to top it off I fed some ponies and got to smell that divine smell of horses (my lifelong special interest), and petted two dogs, one of which is my all time favourite breed, a black Labrador.</p><p>Cannot believe my epic week has ended in such an epic way.</p><p>It began in a similar way, a walk down a canal spotting stunning dragonflies. Then my official graduation (in absentia), another academic prize, then official acceptance onto my Masters course at a top uni.</p><p>If I die tomorrow, please know my life was complete. More than I ever could have wished for. What a Grand Adventure.</p>",

"content": "<p>I FINALLY OFFICIALLY GRADUATED!!! 🎉</p><p>Oh my goodness, what an absolute relief. Got official documents in digital form (and shareable) so I can begin next steps with my next uni.</p><p>And now the deep exhaustion that follows that immense relief. Aaaaahhhhh I am so relieved. Almost 2 months since my course ended. I’ve kept myself very busy to try to keep my mind busy during that time, but it means I’ve also been making myself exhausted in other ways.</p><p>Noticing that the mental processing of this massive life milestone is humongous! Been needing naps and sleep like never before. Nice to feel “normal” tiredness for a change, though, rather than usual ME/CFS fatigue that doesn’t reduce with sleep.
